CAMPAGNA SOLIDALE A SOSTEGNO DEL CENTRO COVID DELL’OSPEDALE BAMBINO GESÙ

Nelle giornate di emergenza sanitaria che il nostro Paese sta attraversando, nostro principale obiettivo è far sì che questa campagna di Pasqua dimostri, ancora una volta, il nostro impegno a sostegno del sapere. Contribuire alla ricerca scientifica è da sempre il nostro grande obiettivo, affinché la vita possa essere costantemente difesa e preservata.

In risposta alla pandemia di COVID-19, molte energie si stanno spendendo per approfondire le conoscenze sul virus che la determina, per combatterne gli effetti, per produrre un vaccino e per evitare che possa tornare.

Molti aspetti di questa pandemia devono ancora essere chiariti e studiati.

Pertanto, quest’anno, come promesso all’inizio della campagna solidale, i fondi raccolti saranno in parte devoluti a favore del Centro COVID dell’Ospedale Bambino Gesù,riferimento regionale per la cura dei bambini colpiti da questa pandemia.

Il nostro obiettivo è quello di sostenere l’attività clinica in questa fase di emergenza nazionale e di finanziare la ricerca scientifica sul COVID-19 in età pediatrica.

Continueremo, quindi, a portare avanti la nostra campagna anche una volta trascorsa la Pasqua affinché il sapere, la conoscenza e la ricerca sul COVID-19 possano traghettarci fuori da questa triste pagina della nostra storia.

In these days of this health emergency that our country is going through, our main objective is to ensure that this Easter campaign demonstrates once again, our commitment to supporting knowledge. Contributing to scientific research has always been our forefront goal in order for life to be constantly defended and preserved.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of energy is being spent to deepen our understanding about this virus in order to combat it and to produce a vaccine, preventing from it returning.

Many aspects of this pandemic have yet to be clarified and studied.

Therefore, this year, as promised at the beginning of the solidarity campaign, the funds raised will be partly donated to the COVID Center of the Bambino Gesù Hospital, a regional reference for the care of children affected by this pandemic.

Our goal is to support clinical activity in this national emergency phase and to fund the scientific research of pediatric COVID-19.

We will therefore continue to carry on our campaign even after Easter so that knowledge and research on COVID-19 can bring us out of these sad pages of our history.
